Refund policy

Once your order has been processed and we have received a notification to send you the report, we cannot issue any refund or cancel any order. As these Reports can´t be returned, reports that are dispatched are considered to be consumed.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
