The most dynamic players in terms of growth in market share were Tubroker Sudamericana, which registered an increase of 2.66 percentage points, and Consultores de Seguros, which followed closely with a gain of 2.16 points. These two firms have been driving competition in the Bolivian brokerage segment, leveraging stronger distribution networks, advisory capacity, and client retention strategies.
Other relevant players also managed to strengthen their positions, albeit at a slower pace. Interseguros gained 0.65 points, while Justa and Cubre recorded increases of 0.23 and 0.19 points, respectively. Meanwhile, brokers such as Proprese, Corresur, Corredora G&G, Patria Corredores, and International Insurance Brokers each achieved more moderate growth ranging from 0.12 to 0.18 points.
The results confirm that competition in the Bolivian brokerage market is increasingly centered around a limited number of firms that combine scale, specialization, and longstanding client relationships. With more than four-fifths of premiums now concentrated in the hands of the top ten brokers, the sector is entering a stage where differentiation and added-value services will be critical for sustaining growth and defending market share.
